All Thangka designs featured on the Gammas Art Gallery website are the exclusive intellectual property of Gammas Art Gallery. In the case of commissioned paintings where the client provides specific instructions to Gammas Art Gallery, the resulting designs are considered the property of Gammas Art Gallery. Gammas Art Gallery reserves the exclusive rights to reproduce, sell, and commission paintings with identical designs for other clients.
